Meet our Founder and CEO Lavanya Gupta.

An expert in learning design, Lavanya Gupta has worked with Meta, Stanford University, American Express and other leading organizations before launching Silana Learning. She has a Master’s degree in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University, along with over two decades of experience working across continents.

Over the years, Lavanya has designed all types of learning programs from simulations and classroom-based learning to in person learning retreats. Her love for learning design, and the need for meaningful and credible content that has been well researched and vetted by experts inspired her to create Silana Learning.
